Did 2 phone screenings and moved onto a 5 round gauntlet interview. Very weird situation because I passed the all technical interviews and was sent a "proceeding with offer email" just for it to be cancelled a few hours later due to a "internal logistics error". I don't how else to feel but disrespected for the lack of professionalism on their part.
