After 4 rounds over 6w, they extended a verbal offer, spent 8d refusing to give a written offer, told the recruiter they were bailing, and claimed it was budgetary. It's ok with me as they paid on the lowest 25% of the pay scale and wouldn't confirm no in-office presence.
