After I submitted an online application, a manager called me to set up an in person interview. The whole thing didn’t last more than 20 minutes and I had a job offer by the end of the interview. They asked some basic questions about previous work experience, what you feel you can bring to the role, why you want to work there and a time you received bad/good customer service.
