Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Marsh Risk (Chicago, IL) en mar 2016
Entrevista
First round was held at my university's campus. Pretty standard 30 minute behavioral interview. Interview was friendly. Found out I had a 2nd round interview the next morning. 2nd round was a superday at the Marsh office, which consisted of 4 30 min interviews. It sounds intimidating, but all the interviewers were friendly and interesting. They would ask 2-3 canned questions and then open it up to more of a discussion The time flew by.

Hireview interview first. Then I interviewed with 3 more people and got talk to current TRACs for 30 mins. I got the position and was happy with my summer intern experience and pay.

Tell me about yourself/your involvement on campus?
I had a virtual HireVue at first, where I answered pre-recorded questions. Most of the questions were behavioral (Why Marsh, what is insurance brokerage, background info, leadership qualities) and then a few situational. Next round consisted of 2, 30 minute virtual interviews and then a Q&A with a current TRAC Associate that I don't believe counted toward anything, purely informational. I got an offer and took, Overall pretty easy, just know you resume.
First round was a one way video interview, and the second was with the manager of the Property department at my office. The manager was very kind and didn't ask too many difficult questions.
