I went through the following steps to secure the graduate position: online application, online video interview, online aptitude tests, and then finally, an assessment centre (interview, presentation, group discussion, written exercise).

There are two types of video interviews: group interviews and independent interviews. There will be time for preparation and about ten minutes for the presentation. Topics for discussion will be provided.

Very smooth but you must prepare for it as it is a difficult process.
Assessed group interview which included a topic to debate and then presentation on what we had discussed followed by interview which included a case study element.
We were guided through the assessment day easily and there was plenty of time to ask questions.
