Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Marsh Risk (New York, NY) en mar 2018
Entrevista
It was a two-step interview process. The first round of interviews was a pre-recorded, online interview. There was a series of five pre-recorded behavioral questions to which you had about 2-5 minutes to respond. The second and final round of interviews involved a super day in the office you wanted to work in. I had to participate virtually, but most people traveled to the office to participate in a two-hour behavioral interview with four different employees at the company. The interviewers ranged from HR associates to managers across different industries.

Hireview interview first. Then I interviewed with 3 more people and got talk to current TRACs for 30 mins. I got the position and was happy with my summer intern experience and pay.

Tell me about yourself/your involvement on campus?
I had a virtual HireVue at first, where I answered pre-recorded questions. Most of the questions were behavioral (Why Marsh, what is insurance brokerage, background info, leadership qualities) and then a few situational. Next round consisted of 2, 30 minute virtual interviews and then a Q&A with a current TRAC Associate that I don't believe counted toward anything, purely informational. I got an offer and took, Overall pretty easy, just know you resume.
First round was a one way video interview, and the second was with the manager of the Property department at my office. The manager was very kind and didn't ask too many difficult questions.
