The hireview was confusing and very weird. It was not personal at all and felt lazy by the company. I wish bigger companies would stop doing this. With all the technology we have these days I believe that it shouldn't be to hard to find the right candidate to interview without having hireview involved.

The first round was a 30-minute video call interview, which was more of an HR screening session. The HR representative mainly wanted to get to know you better and understand your background beyond what’s written on your resume.
