Online, question based that required candidate to submit video answers and psychological evaluation. The interview consisted in several parts, first basic interview questions, then more elaborate about Mars and finally there were about 3 cases that required to select a decision and submit a recorded answer.

Vlot en recht toe, recht aan. Geen eindeloze processen en bureaucratie. Lijnmanager bepaald vrij snel of je de juiste kandidaat bent of niet. Over het algemeen positief over het proces.

The interviews themselves were fine.
The communication from internal recruiter team was very poor. I had to chase up to get the interview booked in. radio silence for weeks.
