The interview process was pretty simple. It was a walk-in interview where they asked scenario-based questions based on past customer experience. They also asked about your current availability. One of the questions I received from them was about thinking about a time when you encountered an upset customer and wanted to talk to a manager.

Describe a time when you encountered an unhappy customer. How did you handle it?
Straightforward and relaxed. Both interviewers made me feel as though I was able to share all information about myself. I was also able to ask all questions that I had about compensation, bonus strucuture, and other benefits.

Tell me about yourself/walk me through your resume.
Online application, then a brief phone interview with store director/HR. If successful you will be invited to a test centre/group interview. After that, the selection is narrowed down and some individuals will get a 1-1 interview with their future manager.
