I auto-submitted my application and CV via LinkedIn and waited several weeks to hear back. Then an email from internal recruiter for a half hour initial interview for the next day, which I couldn't make but gave several alternatives for. I didn't hear back again for a couple of weeks when an auto-scheduler asked me to pick an interview time, which I did. Unfortunately the hiring manager didn't turn up to this interview as he'd mis-scheduled it. The recruiter apologised and offered to reschedule but never replied despite two chase-up emails.
