Dopo due step andati bene e ricevuto in fase di colloquio un feed-back più che positivo in cui mi avevano assicurato che a breve mi avrebbero chiamata per un ultimo step, il giorno dopo vengo ricontattato e mi viene detto che la posizione di mio interesse era già stata chiusa e mi viene offerta un attività decisamente inferiore facendo leva, per farmela accettare, sul nome dell' azienda.
L’entretien se déroule en un seul panel après une présélection initiale. Le processus accorde une priorité claire aux candidats internes, mais établir un premier contact avec les décideurs pertinents peut considérablement augmenter vos chances de réussite.

Vlot en recht toe, recht aan. Geen eindeloze processen en bureaucratie. Lijnmanager bepaald vrij snel of je de juiste kandidaat bent of niet. Over het algemeen positief over het proces.

The interviews themselves were fine.
The communication from internal recruiter team was very poor. I had to chase up to get the interview booked in. radio silence for weeks.
