Worst experience on my life interviewing at Mars Wrigley India Pvt.Ltd. Applied through a third party consultancy.Initial first round discussion happened after 2weeks . No feedback after that followedup multiple time and after couple of weeks got to know that i have been shortlisted for final round. Then nothing for few weeks and one fine day i get a call that i need to come Delhi for final discussion and i was asked to travel next day itself without my preference . Further the final discussion happens and its now Company HR gets into loop after 4+ weeks of intial discussion.HR updates that the feedback is positive and we will get back. And now its more than an year havent heared back from her even after multiple followups .Havent got a reject as well till date for the same . Awesome company doesnt bother about letting the people know on feedback for their interviews.
