Initial HR phone screening discussing experience and salary expectations followed by 1 hr hiring manager video call and 1 hr panel with hiring manager and 2 additional senior associates. The panel interview was situational and used a CAR format, they sent a few skills/ competencies over email ahead of the panel interview so you know what you will be focusing on.
