The selection process had many stages, but they were well-defined. The last stage was a panel with 3 interviewers: 1 was the immediate manager and the other 2 were stakeholders. The interviewers were friendly and created a pleasant atmosphere throughout the process. However, they lacked clarity about what they were looking for. They had access to my resume knowing my technical profile and wanted someone with a different type of experience, causing a waste of time during interviews. Furthermore, information about working from home was given at the beginning of the process, but by the end it was different. They need to be clear about everything they require and provide accurate information from the start to avoid wasting time. In addition, the hiring manager did not have the autonomy to make the hiring decision alone; I was told that the manager liked my profile, while the other two had doubts.
