Questions are situational or task oriented and answers should be focused individual contributions. They focus on your contributions not group contributions. If you focus on what you accomplish and can provide in any situation they’ll be more likely to hire you. It’s looking at thought process as well. Not every situation ends positively so they want to see what your experience is like.
