I completed four behavioral interviews highlighting leadership, team management, and conflict resolution. Advanced through all rounds and received an offer based on strong problem-solving and operational decision-making skills. Use STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result)

Tell me about a time you had to lead a team through a significant operational change. How did you manage the transition?
Describe a situation where you had to address underperformance on your team. What steps did you take, and what was the result?
Give an example of how you motivated your team during a challenging period. What strategies did you use?
Screening process. This is the first interview that asked what year I graduated. I felt this could discriminate with age. Not appropriate to ask. Other than that it was basic questions. I received a rejection letter prior to the interview and confirmed If this was accurate. They said it was an error only to get the same one a few days after the screening. Makes me wonder if they had a backup candidate already and if I wanted my time.
