The interview process took time as you had to interview with 3 different people. First there was an online test that needed to be completed when you apply for the position. If they like your resume and you did well on the test, you receive a brief phone interview. If all goes well with that, then they set you up with a face to face interview with a manager of that department. Once you get to that interview, if all goes well again then they set you up with another face to face interview but this time it might either be with the Director or with the actual GM. They like to "select" who they believe is right for the position being that they are interviewing multiple people for the same position. I would say the entire process took about 4 weeks.
