I went through four phases: I met HR in a first video call, followed by another interview with HR and the team manager. Then I had a third interview with the manager of another team I would be collaborating with, and finally I was invited to do an Assessment. After this last test they didn't contact me again until I decided to send them a second follow up email after two weeks. HR went on holiday without giving me any update. His colleague just said "you were unsuccessful" and although I asked for feedback, I never heard back. At the end of the process they proved to me that they don't care about people and I'm glad I didn't join their company after all.
