They do things very systematically, very smooth process, friendly bosses. They did not ask very difficult questions, more of getting to know each other. They will make sure you know the company culture well and make you feel comfortable.

I was interviewed by the Asst Dir of HR, since I was already in the company, they were supportive of my decision to apply as revenue analyst. I was reservations agent before.
