The interview session was taken into a very casual layout with no structure to the questions asked. Mainly focused on the person themselves rather than focusing too much on looking into the resume. A series if questioning and mostly based on situational incidents which makes the replies from the interviewee pours out and reveals if the person has the required attitude or quality to join the team
