Sit Down with Franchise Owner easy questions like do you have reliable transportation and what are my hours like, etc. Nothing over the top. Its an entry level job. It did not take a lot of effort to get the job itself
It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.
