The person interviewing had not read my resume. The interview was conducted with general/open relevant questions. I wish the interviewer had taken the time to see my reuse in detail and allow me the opportunity to discuss specifics. I feel that I did not have a fair chance.
A recruiter reached out to me after I submitted application for two weeks. Standard screening questions and the recruiter has been nice. Then moved on to interview with higer manager. Questions include scenario based case questions, and functional questions.

Entrevista
- Initial phone call with HR which was very top level. It was mentioned on the call that the job description would be provided, as the job listing only had a paragraph on the role and no details of actual responsibilities
- Followed up several times after for the job description and was advised this would only be shared with the successful candidate
- Second interview was with HR and hiring manager. The questions were very generic, with no specifics to the role. It was very difficult to give answers relevant to the role too, given no job description was provided.
