The interviewer was the sue chef at the hotel. He was polite.. he asked where I had gone to culinary school so I answered he considered it a good school. He asked me what I had learned there and followed by asking me the 5 mother sauces.

Applied online and went in to meet the chef and the HR lady. So sweet. So awesome. Great environment! Made me feel completely comfortable and ready to work. I did have to wait for a while on my background check to finally come back but it was well worth the wait!

Multiple interviews with the executive chef and HR director. Received phone calls back within a decent timeframe. Overall, relatively positive experience. Minor problems with overall hotel policies, however. Everyone was nice, professional, and respectful.
