Filled out an application on indeed. Was called in for interview one week later. Had my first interview with office manager, then set up my second interview a few days later with the GM. Had a successfull interview. Was called 4 days later with an offer.

It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.
