I was contacted by a college recruiter about the program and first submitted my resume/CV online. Once accepted, I was told I'd received an interview the following week. I was one of 15 students in my college to get an interview. We were scheduled time and I arrived 10-15 min early. The interview was one on one, and she asked only situational questions. There were no typical interview questions about strengths or weaknesses. It was fairly conversational, except during the question process it was mostly me talking. She asked questions from a list (categories like teamwork, adaptability, etc.) and took notes on my answers. Then I had to do an online assessment which was basically about how I behave and handle workplace situations. I'll receive an offer in a few weeks - haven't heard yet.
