The interview process was very straight forward. IT took about 3 weeks from application submission to receiving an offer. Standard HR screening to gauge my experience, then subsequent interviews with the hiring manager and their superior. I had three total interviews, all about 45 mins. They worked around my schedule and were prompt on scheduling those when I provided time frames. The interviews were pretty relaxed and honestly were more conversational, I got the impression they really were gauging my compatibility with the company - it was brought up many times that they are growing fast and wanting to hire individuals that are looking to grow with them!
