Phone screen from 3rd party who is contracted by Marotta. If pass that then you speak to the hiring manager who gives you gives you 2 tests (by phone). One is a project mgmt test and the 2nd is an engineering test. No questions about your background, just the test. I answered most of these tests correctly but still never heard back from them one way or another. Not a good experience.

Easy process. Questions were straight to the point. Nothing different from other places. The questions were based on the experience and focused to understand if the person had knowledge of the subject.
