INCREDIBLY slow. Everything takes at least a week. To get a response and schedule an interview it takes around 1.5 weeks. I think they don't have an HR department and no one really wants to take care of the interviews. I have sent around 5 emails since the last interview but no one has cared to respond. I have now decided to not care about this company and in the four weeks that I have been interacting with them (read given only one interview), I got an offer from a different firm. I would recommend that at the end of each call, make sure you ask them all the questions you would ask HR because otherwise no one will answer these questions for (when shall i hear back, what to expect in the next round, etc.)
