Record a 3 minute video to send in talking about your work experience. Then meet with Regional Manager for a face to face interview, got call for the job back later the same day with a job offer. Process went quickly, which was nice.

Entrevista
The first interview was recorded interview where they would give you questions and you would record a response to send in. There were typical questions regarding your experience and interest in Sales. Then you did an interview with a recruiter where the questions were a little more in depth about your experience.
Had a preliminary phone interview. Then had to submit a video to be reviewed. Then there was an interview with my manager. After the final interview, I was hired. The whole process took around a week.
