Standard job interview process recruiter calls ask's your standard question's then you'll go on teams with the hiring manager who will ask you a few questions mainly regarding what you already know. Then you'll get invited on site and barely get asked any questions that help them get an idea of who you are and if you disclose anything that you're not strong in and would need assistance in they'll flat out ignore you in the end. They'll also act like it's and all cheery and joyful/family working environment but do not be fooled they're not your friend's and once they know you're going to be canned they'll ghost in person as well as out of person as well.
