Contact leading up to the interview was good via email & phone from their talent acquisition team .
Interview felt more like a informal chat. Asked approximately 5 basic questions. Told about the company & the benefits of being a employee. Felt more like they were selling the company to me.
Even told "I'd be able to self medicate my own pets by assessing veterinary claims with over the counter pharmacy drugs"
Sadly contact after interview is zero. Which is disappointing considering the professional lead up to interview...No email, phone call, letter after repeated requests for feedback. Not acceptable from a company that proclaims to be 11th in "the Times" top 100 employers & cares about how they treat people. Just plain Rude !!

Positive interview experience at Markerstudy, quite informal. Friendly panel, clear role explanation, and relevant questions on customer service and claims handling. Slightly more clarity on feedback timelines would improve the process.
