The interview went well, however I was promised and assured there was a training program. There was not. Just spotty shadowing and proof of lack of organization in the company, lack of structure, and a lot of "winging it" and "fake it til you make it". I thought it was a blessing when I received a call from the staffing agency, claiming "they loved you so much they are going to skip the second interview and you start Monday" - that should have been the first red flag. The actual interview process was smoke and mirrors. Everything really seemed fine, and the manager and supervisor were attentive yet very relaxed and calm demeanors. After that, it was all downhill.

Very easy going and friendly interview. Spoke about my previous experience and how I can use it towards the open position. It was a fast process from interview to initial start.
