I applied online for the media and public relations position and got a call from the CEO the very next day. We chatted for 15 minutes or so. I lived halfway across the country, and they aren't fans of Skype, so I ended up flying to Southport the week after to interview. My interview was with three people in their conference room, including one person from the interior design firm. The interview went for about 45 minutes and then the CEO gave me a tour of the architecture area and the interior design firm on the second floor. The interview was very casual and everyone I met was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
