It was a 5 hour process where I was interviewed by 4 people. The first was with the creative director whom I was going to be working directly with. I then spoke with 2 VPs and then the CEO. They each bought me something to drink or munch on. The communication was clear. They told me what I was responsible for and how I'd contribute to the company. They were very friendly and thoughtful. Since we were able to get through all interviews in one day, I received the offer letter in about 2-3 days afterwards.
