I applied online sending my CV and cover letter. They contacted me the same day over the phone and asked me to answer few simple questions regarding my previous jobs. After that I was invited to their offices the following Wednesday for a translation test /Group interview and Training/assessment. The atmosphere was very nice and friendly in the office.
