Initially applied online, and a few weeks later the manager reached out asking me to complete a skills test. I was given 3 days to complete the skills test, and it required a bit of time. A few things on there was a column to edit, create 2 campaigns for upcoming events and write an overview on a previous sermon. Once that was complete, I received a follow up email a week later request and an in person interview. They did not tell me that another member of the team would attend, and I didn't prepare a second resume packet for her. The in person interview was very brief. They focused on personality questions manly. The initial application is very in depth, and they know you have the skills due to completing the test, now they want to get to know you.
