The interview process was one on one with a manager in the restaurant. They asked all the basic interview questions. Strengths, weaknesses, etc. It lasted about 30 minutes in length.

Entrevista
It was a walk in open interview. The interview was very cold, unfriendly, and didn't shake my hand. Being so unfriendly made me feel more uncomfortable as a person being interviewed. In general if they had a bad day, it was completely obvious. They didn't even bother taking notes and just dryly asked me questions.
