I was contacted via email to schedule Google meet online interview. I first interviewed with the manager. Then I was contacted to have a 2nd interview with the Professor. They told me I would be notified one way or the other within two weeks. One week later I received an email saying they went another direction.

The interview process with Maricopa is lengthy and arduous. Multiple interviews with multiple people, it can take months to complete the process. Be prepared to wait months to hear whether you were chosen for even an initial interview, nevermind how long it takes to reach the final interview.

The process seems to take longer than usual. It may take a couple months to hear back about their decision. Applied online and did not hear anything for several weeks and decided to take a different job. By the time they contacted me I was already working somewhere else.
