They were able to interview me on the spot when I dropped off my application, which was nice. Met with several of the managers on separate occasions. Very casual and laid back, I felt like I was speaking with a friend. They got back to me pretty quickly with a job offer. Each meeting with the various managers was probably about 10 minutes.

The interview process was pretty informal. I sat at one of the tables in the restaurant one on one with a manager. They asked a few simple interviewing questions and asked about previous experience.
