The interview questions revolved heavily around my skillset and experience. We walked through each bullet point of the job description in detail. What I appreciated about the process was there was always room for me to ask them questions. When you interview for a job, and weighing a life change, you're also interviewing them. They understood this and made sure to make themselves available.
