They do a call screening and then two interviews. Both interviews where fairly simple, they mostly just give you the rundown of the company, what they do, and what they’re looking for. They ask you a few questions and then let you ask them questions. Overall it was like a get to know each other to see if it would be a good fit.

Comprehensive interview with a high level individual from either the design or technical section that you’ll be working in. Bring in physical copies of portfolio, resume, cover letter. Often multiple interviews are required.
