My interview at manya innovative solution went well. They gave me a very positive response, they spoke as if they were pleased with my interview, asked me lots of questions, i answered everything except for 1 or 2 questions. First round of interview was an aptitude test and I had to write an essay. My score was 17/20. In the next round of interview a person asked me lots of questions. He asked me more than 20-25 questions. I answered almost all questions. For the third round of interview i was sent to the manager. The manager was pleased with my interview and she asked me what is my salary expectation. Since i was a fresher i told 12k take home. She told me i was selected for the position of hr recruiter. She told me offer letter would be sent to my email id. But i never got an offer letter. For 2 days i kept calling that person and he kept stalling me. When ever i called him he told me was having his lunch or having coffee or that he was busy. Finally he told me to call him again after 2 days, when i did, he didn't receive my calls for sometime after that he began to disconnect my calls. Finally I went to their office and asked them whats going on and they told me that the hr recruiter position had already been filled. I told them that i was selected for that position, so they told me that some girl agreed to work for 8k take home for the same position. So they gave my job to her. They screwed me. What upset me was they could have told me the truth from the beginning but instead they wasted my time and played with my feelings. I really hate this consultancy. I request all of you to never attend an interview at this consultancy. People over there do not value the candidates time and feelings.

1 round they have given Hr apptitude 2 round HR Interview ask recruitmentquestions 3rd round another Hr ask to join for course done by them They make me to wait around 3 hrs for telling this thing ,dont even try their interview very disgusting .
