Entrevista
The interview process includes a 2-hour paper test followed by a face-to-face interviews with managers. The entire interview process was fairy pleasant. The paper test contained 5 interesting questions mainly involved algorithms and flowchart interpretations. Whereas the face-to-face section took around 1 hour. We talked mainly on previous work experiences, long term career goals, hobbies etc.

The questions mainly involved writing algorithm for certain mathematical and pattern switching tasks. Also there were questions asking you to go through flowcharts to fill in relevant numbers.
Internal application, 2 rounds of technique interview, 1 take home assignment. Friendly interviewers, and smooth process. Good learning opportunities from the interview as well. Very tolerant to the new grad as well especially for the entry level jobs.
