An In Person interview with 2 managers - followed by an intensive background check - They will let you know within 7 to 10 days - it can take up to 72 hours for the background check to come back - then they will call you and if hired make you an offer - you can negotiate for a permanent position and if you want a higher salary they may give it to you but on contract only. Overall the managers are very nice and will try their best to make you feel welcome. The building is beautiful and you feel comfortable.
