The interview process was ridiculous. My first phone conversation with an alleged manager was exactly 2 minutes long and it went like this: "Hello, my name is... Do you have experience in recruitment?" "Yes." "Good, I'm scheduling an interview for tomorrow" No additional information, just a link was sent by email. During the interview, even though they knew i had short experience in the field, I was humuliated and asked whether I have many job offers... No professionalism and no positive experience at all. Even if they offer a 1-day work week, I would never work there.
