Entrevista
First a phone interview was completed. I submitted a second application and then attended a final in person interview. I spoke with two different people, the general manager and also the floor manager.

I saw and applied for the job posting on a website; I was contacted by email first to set up a phone interview. The phone interview process was fairly simple and not overall stressful. The interviewer was not as well informed as they should have been. For example: they stumbled on when I asked more specifically what the Associate Recruiters in the past had done in order to truly succeed in the role? They pushed me through to a 1 on 1 interview at the ManPower Group location in Milwaukee. Although I appreciated the honesty and transparency, I was not flattered nor was I kept interested in the position throughout the interview process. The gentleman who interviewed me had only been at the Milwaukee branch for a few months and was quite frank about the cut-throat environment of the Associate Recruiter position. The nature of the job did not match what the company had posted on the job description: I was able to shadow an Associate Recruiter for a bit after my 1 on 1 interview; each day the recruiters are given a stack of papers with which they must research the candidates for certain clients' positions and cold call constantly.

You'll have to meet your quota each ___; people who do not meet their quotas do not earn as much money and honestly, get cut if they're not bringing in enough candidates.

It wasn't much of an interview. Essentially I came in and talked to one of the managers. I then shadowed a recruiter for about 10 minutes. I was asked if I had any questions, and then I was offered the job. I wouldn't really even call it an interview as he did not ask about my past experiences.
