She was asking about my experience in retail and the company. I answered all questions from the company's questionary. She was simulating different situations like a costumer angry or a costumer looking for a special gift and I had to say my way to solve the problems.

Entrevista
First round is CV screening, if you have a fashion background in work experience or studies then you might be selected for round 2. Round 2 is group interview. I had group of 8. Then round 3 is personal interview with the store manager. They call you in a week if you're successful. I got the call in 4 days.
The interview was with the assistant manager, very informal and lasted less than 10 minutes. The questions were along the lines of asking your availability and if you had any other commitments, what kind of experience you have etc.

It was straightforward and she told me about the role. I told her about my experience and she was kind. I really had a good experience with the manager. I’m excited to start my new job.
