Application form including shortlisting questions, computer based test and formal panel interview. The application form was very comprehensive, directly relating to the job specification. There was plenty of space to type out answers; it is quite time consuming to put it all your qualifications but the process is saved if you ever do more than one application. The test including drafting a formal letter to an external stakeholder, putting tasks into priority, and drafting minutes and actions from rough notes. The interview included normal panel questions as well as scenario questions.
