I have 10 yoe in the field. I have conducted 500 interviews in my career, and took 30 myself. Never have I seen a lead level interview to be handled like a junior/trainee. They then had the audacity to send a generic rejection response even though I answered all of their questions. Following the "best practices" of thai employment, they also expect you to take an unpaid take-home assignment that I refused to do. This practice is wildly common in thai IT companies and needs to go. Even FAANG companies do not do this, I am not sure why these mismanaged shops believe they are special.

Unfortunately, no feedback was provided at any stage, which I found disappointing given the effort and time involved in the process.
