Entrevista
It involved a group exercise which was fairly straight forward. We were asked to think of a business idea and then discuss it with other group members. After that the group needs to decide which business idea do they want to present. There is also a numerical test that needs to be completed on the day.
The first interview was difficult as they do not give much information regarding how to prepare or what the interview is about.

Five different stages of a complete interview. Interview with HR, group dynamic, HR interview, Manager Interview and Partner Interview of the assigned working group. They provide feedback quite as fast as they are able too being the longest period awaited 5 days.
